Cage aux Folles
This observatory is a tower of portals. Within its spiraling body is a staircase that travels from the boardwalk to an elevated promontory. Along the way up, the ornithographer encounters fenestration ranging from the scale of an eye, to a head, to the size of a human body. There are also various frames and platforms where the observer can alight. These frames are actually houses of four profile types that punctuate the tower. The houses vary in size to accomodate various species of fowl and human on view to each other.
